Important Payroll Dates December 2025
December 3rd – Approved surplus forms to payroll no later than 3:00 p.m. – no exceptions
December 4th – Stat Top Up Payment
December 11th – Clothing and Tool Allowance Payment
December 18th – Surplus Payout
Reminders:
- Surplus carry-over forms can be obtained from the Financial Payroll Clerks at EROC or Supervisors.
- Surplus carry-over requests must be approved by the Operations Manager in order to be processed. Requests must be received in Payroll, City Hall – Room 512, no later than Wednesday, December 3rd, 2025, at 3:00 pm
- If the form is not received, all Surplus hours in excess of 48 hours will be paid on the direct deposit date of December 18, 2025.

2024 T4 and T2200 Completion If you have registered access to PeopleWorks and are actively at work, T4s are now available electronically. T4 slips have been mailed to the home addresses for all other employees. Important information: If your original T4 slip is returned to the Corporation by Canada Post, it will be re-sent once we have your updated address. If you haven’t received your T4 by March 10, please email the Employee Systems team at EmployeeSystems@london.ca.
